    IT & Connectivity Overview

    Connectivity at Vallist

Vallist provides high-quality, professionally managed internet connectivity designed to support modern businesses operating within a flexible workspace environment.

Our infrastructure is built to deliver reliable day-to-day performance while maintaining flexibility across a shared, multi-tenant setting.

    Infrastructure & Security

Connectivity at Vallist is delivered through enterprise-grade digital infrastructure partners. This includes:

    • Segmented network architecture (VLAN separation between occupiers)
    • Firewall-protected environments with controlled inbound traffic
    • Secure private network backbone
    • High-availability infrastructure hosted in Tier 3 and Tier 4 data centres
    • Continuous monitoring and proactive performance management

Our infrastructure partners maintain recognised certifications, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2, ensuring high standards of information security and operational resilience.

    Network Architecture (Multi-Tenant Design)

The Vallist network operates within a securely managed, multi-tenant environment.

Each occupier benefits from logical network separation, ensuring that:

    • Traffic is isolated between occupiers
    • No direct access exists between networks
    • Shared infrastructure is securely managed and monitored

This model balances security, performance, and flexibility within a shared workspace setting.

    Service Model

Connectivity is provided on a shared, best-efforts basis, supporting standard business usage including:

    • Video conferencing
    • Cloud-based platforms
    • Day-to-day operations

Bandwidth is shared across occupiers to ensure consistent and fair usage.

    Security Approach

Vallist operates a shared responsibility model:

    • Vallist secures the underlying infrastructure
    • Occupiers are responsible for their own internal IT security

    We recommend all Members implement:

    • VPN access where appropriate
    • Endpoint protection
    • Internal firewalls
    • Data encryption

    Enhanced Connectivity Options

For businesses requiring greater control, performance, or security, Vallist offers:

    • Dedicated bandwidth packages
    • Private network configurations (VLAN-based)
    • Public IP allocations
    • High-speed fibre connectivity

Where required, occupiers may deploy their own firewall or network infrastructure within a dedicated environment.

    Support

Vallist supports the building's core connectivity infrastructure.

For internal IT environments, Members should rely on their own IT teams or appointed specialists.
