    Introduce a business that signs for a 10-desk office, and you receive £1,000. They receive 50% off their first month.

    Work Club

    £350

    For 6+ months. £200 for 3 to 5 months

    Introduce someone who joins Work Club for six months or more, and you receive £350. They receive one month complimentary.

    Meeting Rooms

    20%

    Of the first booking, up to £150

    Introduce a booking, and you receive 20% of its value. They receive 20% off their first booking.

    Programme terms and conditions
    1. Introductions must be registered through this form before Vallist has any contact with the person or business introduced.
    2. The introduction must be new to Vallist, with no contact in the preceding six months, and no broker or other introducer already involved.
    3. Private Office rewards are based on the number of desks in the signed agreement. Work Club rewards depend on the committed term.
    4. Rewards are paid once the agreement is signed, the deposit and first payment are received, and the account is up to date.
    5. Where the same introduction is submitted more than once, the first valid submission counts.
    6. Rewards are non-transferable.
    7. Vallist may amend or end the programme with notice.

    Good to Know

    Who can make an introduction?

    Members, Vallist Circle, and friends of Finlaison House. Introductions from brokers and agents run through our broker partnership instead.

    How is the Private Office reward worked out?

    £100 for every desk in the signed agreement, with no cap. A 25-desk office means £2,500 for you.

    When do I receive my reward?

    For a Private Office, once the agreement is signed and the deposit and first payment are in. For Work Club, once the committed term is paid. For meeting rooms, once the booking has taken place and been paid.

    What if they've already spoken to you?

    The introduction needs to reach us first. If they've been in touch with our team in the last six months, it won't qualify.

    Can I introduce more than one person?

    As many as you like. Each introduction is rewarded on its own.
