    FOUNDER

    Alex has three decades of experience in the flexible workspace industry. He has led expansion efforts for IWG, Compass offices and most recently Wework where he held the position of Head of Real Estate for APAC and the Americas – growing their footprint by over 200 locations across 15 markets.

    Alex was at the industry's forefront of transitioning growth strategies from standard lease models to asset light deal structures transacting on over 12M SQF. This heavily de-risked the company's long-term liability and aligned the business model more closely with the asset owner and market fluctuations.
