Vallist is a real estate management company that partners with commercial landlords to create white-label flexible workspaces that are responsive to the needs and stylistic preferences of today’s mobile workforce. As part of the firm’s expansion plans, Vallist will be launching flexible workspaces in Hong Kong (APAC), London (EMEA), Dubai (UAE) and Sydney (AUS). Vallist has also just entered the US market with Upperhaus, our first full service coworking New York City location.
The Opportunity
Vallist is entering the NY market with a flagship location in the Bryant Park neighborhood of New York City. We will be operating 13 floors of highly curated coworking space, including F&B outlets and event partnerships. Grow with us as we open new locations and enter new markets year on year. The Role
We are looking for a Sales Lead to join our opening team. Your job will be to work with potential and existing clients as a workspace sales consultant helping them select the space that meets their needs. You will be maximizing building revenue by leading efforts to generate new clients and increase sales. You will:

What We Offer
We will offer a competitive annual salary package which will increase when our first location’s occupancy has ramped up and as we open our second building opening in 2023. The total compensation structure will be based on an annual salary, together with an OTE model which includes commission (based on % of TCV), followed by an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
